Allow me to begin by saying that I am honoured and grateful to have participated in this project. Upon initiating my focus, I felt an energetic wave of connection reverberating throughout my physical body, creating very pleasurable tingling. This sensation ebbed and flowed throughout the ten minutes and I welcomed and was a receptive channel to its manifestation, while at the same time being completely and totally "IN THE NOW". There were also moments in which I experienced a degree of agitation, as well as being gripped by fear, which I experienced in my chest as heart palpitations and I am guessing an increased heart rate.
As well, I felt that in focusing on the image before me, we were relating one on one, and there was a flow of gratitude and acknowledgement between us. There was reciprocal healing happening, even though I was feeling unsure as to what I was supposed to be doing.
This may be inconsequential, but I found it very difficult to focus on both eyes at the same time. I found myself seeing her through her left eye and I felt that I was seeing into the beautiful essence of her Soul.
