I prepared for the experience with meditation and was able to focus those 10 minutes, repeting the sentence, seeing the brainwaves, feeling them change,experiencing the energy.
Very peaceful.
I am in the Netherlands so the project was here at 10.15 pm. When I went to bed I could not sleep, was full of energy and awake till 4 in the morning!!
 
Thank you, it was a pleasure.
I also participated in the 2 healing sessions for a very sick friend and felt the energy  in Vancouver.
