I was surprised at the intensity of feelings during the experiment.  I'd previously told my husband that I required complete quiet from 1:10 - 1:30pm.  At exactly 1:15, I accessed the photo and began sending her my energy and thoughts for healing.

In order to get things going, I first visualized a chi ball (energy ball) in front of me.  Then I sent the energy ball to the photograph.  I felt a definitely wave of energy leaving me, but not in a draining way at all.

At one point, I realized that I was rocking slightly in my chair (which is not a rocker).  I was rocking back as I gathered the energy, then forward as I projected it.  As I did this, I felt that I was surrounded with warmth.  When the experiment was over, I felt the warmth draining away.

A few years ago, I was involved in biofeedback at a clinic.  They hooked me up with electrodes all over my head, and some on my chest and arms.  Then they connected everything to a computerized machine that displayed my heart rate, blood pressure, warmth of my hands, etc.  The technician told me to use the relaxation techniques I'd learned, and then to try to lower my readings.

I discovered that all I had to do was stare at the computer screen and concentrate on one of the lines (such as my heart rate), and it was not difficult to change the readings.  In fact, it was fun for me.  In subsequent sessions, technicians would challenge me to lower a certain reading to a specific number.  I was able to do this every time.  It was a great game - and the benefit was, I left feeling better.

Because of my past experiences, I had a better understanding of what was happening during the experiment.  I know it's possible to send energy to someone, and I'm grateful you allowed me to participate.
