My partner and I sat on the dock at our lake and faced the setting sun. Unfortunately, a boat full of loud neighbours arrived just as we began. However, we both focused on sending energy to Christine and noticed that we were surrounded by birds for the first few minutes, as if they had been attracted by our meditative and focused awareness. I felt quite renewed and energized after the experiment was over. I look forward to hearing the results!
