I offer this reflection on GIHP which I ask you to edit (e.g. you may wish to start at #2 or #3):
Some will find it unusual that I might believe that Adam's GIHP project was intended not only for Christine but also for me; however, those who know me understand I am an optimistic person firmly grounded in reality.
Further, I know this concepts of "intention" is not just based in quantum healing but is one that is ensouled in many aboriginal cultures and many religions throughout the world's history; so it is not really that unusual to me
When I visualized and meditated at 1:15 PST on Sunday, I felt a connection, a sort of tingling and an inexplicable sensation.
Even more surprising to me was that just before I awoke the next day, Monday, I had a feeling in my mind's eye that the healing was intended for me and that I was fully healthy.   
I was more energetic and positive that day and have been since - this 'feeling good' has lasted.
